Nostalgia Nationals 2025 Santa Pod Raceway

Nostalgia Drag World brings you its annual photographic coverage from the UK's NSRA 'Nostalgia Nationals' at Santa Pod Raceway for 2025. Capturing the atmosphere and action of the racing, from the first nostalgia event of the year at Santa Pod, held over the weekend of 2nd - 4th May.
The National Street Rod Association having led the way in Hot Rodding in the UK for over five decades and inducted into the British Drag Racing Hall of fame in 2022. With a long link to Drag Racing including association with the first Nostalgia Nationals as well as the Hot Rod Drags which began back in1989.
The 'Nostalgia Nationals' always welcomes a great variety of race cars and classes, starting with the pre -1973 'Run what you Brung' competitors, with its great chance of getting out there, for the feeling and thrill of going down the strip.
Action from the featured racing classes with the Outlaw Anglia, Nostalgia Superstock, Wild bunch, Gasser Circus and Supercharged Outlaws, where for many, this is the first round towards their championship points.
An added bonus of the weekend was seeing the Flathead Meltdown back, after a featured return to Santa Pod Raceway at the Hot Rod Drags of 2024.
It was great to see these vintage vehicles running out on track and parked together in the pits, making for a nostalgic and historic cross section of engine types over the weekends racing.
